Meet The Team
Before you meet the team, let’s have a bit of history…
Argenta was established in 2003 by our Founder Jeff Woodhams. Jeff spent 6 years building a business delivering bespoke software solutions and consultancy within supply chain process improvement. In 2009 Chris Woodhams, Jeff’s son, joined and has since transitioned into running the business as the Managing Director.
In 2013 we took on our first employee and moved into our first office and the growth started there with support of the GrowthAccelerator program.
We became a National Instruments Alliance Partner in 2014 and started to expand out from our roots in the Aerospace industry.
Today our fantastic team looks like this….
Jeff has more than 25 years of experience designing, developing and delivering computer-based solutions for use in improvement projects. Much of this experience was gained working on manufacturing and supply chain improvement projects. More recently he has gained experience in applying the underlying principles in public sector organisations such as the emergency services.
Jeff's main skill and interest is in developing solutions to help improve complex processes. In particular he has experience of solutions using the concept of Lean Manufacturing and the Theory of Constraints.
He has also had in-depth experience of a wide variety of techniques including: Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Production Planning and Scheduling, Vehicle Routing and Scheduling and Discrete Event Simulation.
Prior to joining Argenta Chris spent 7 years in the aerospace industry; initially working on the shop floor before specialising in developing and maintaining control and measurement software for test rigs.
Chris has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham City University and holds the Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) qualification, the highest level of LabVIEW certification.
Victoria spends the majority of her working life as a General Practitioner for the NHS.
She's been Finance Director at Argenta since 2015, she plays a key role in ensuring the business runs efficiently and is heavily involved in our continuous improvement activities.
System Developer and Implementer
Dawid completed his Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden in 2014 after gaining his Bachelors in Control Engineering.
He also holds the Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) qualification, the highest level of LabVIEW certification.
Dawid has two years’ experience working as a Machine Vision Engineer for OptiNav in Poland and prior to that worked on a number of different research projects in many fields.
Tobi graduated from Aston University in 2017 with a BEng in Chemical Engineering, he has been working with LabVIEW since late 2017 and has attained the Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) qualification.
Jenny started working with Argenta as a marketing consultant in 2015 and is responsible for delivering our marketing strategy.
Jenny's background is in teaching, where she has been working in hospitality and management since 2008.
Her interest in marketing came from teaching the subject at college, now she is able to put this teaching into practice in the digital and traditional approaches that we use.
